Resident Assistance Opportunities:
We’re committed to collaborating with state and local partners to bring more funds and opportunities to our community. This partnership has led to the introduction of two new programs aimed at enhancing the lives of our residents:

• Mobile Home Rehab Program: This program assists eligible residents with necessary repairs and improvements to ensure safe and comfortable living conditions. Visit the MORE page on our website for application details.
• Utility Rebate Program: Our Utility Rebate Program provides a one-time $35 reimbursement for residents not receiving a utility bill from Jurupa Community Services District, Rubidoux Community Services District, or the Santa Ana River Water Company. Check our website for guidelines and eligibility criteria.

New Businesses:
We’re excited to welcome new businesses to Jurupa Valley! The 85°C Bakery Cafe will be moving into the Vernola Marketplace shopping center later this year, offering delicious treats to satisfy your sweet tooth. Additionally, we’re thrilled to announce the arrival of our City’s second In-N-Out Burger at The Shops at Jurupa Valley, giving us another great spot to enjoy a classic burger and fries.

Our City Planners were looking sharp at the 2024 Inland Empire Section of the American Planning Association banquet in May! 🏆✨ The Community Development Department scored big, earning recognition for their amazing Economic Development work on The District at Jurupa Valley project. This is the second consecutive win for the City's Planning division. Way to go, team!
