CalHFA has begun the audit phase of Dream For All applicant processing. Over the next week, a random selection of applicants will be asked to respond to eligibility verification questions.

It is important to note that this is a routine part of application processing, and this audit should not be taken as a positive or negative assessment of your client’s application.

To ensure that CalHFA can continue to process your clients’ applications please remind them to check their email frequently – including junk mail – and to respond quickly if they receive any additional eligibility questions. They will be required to return the requested information by May 29 at 5 p.m.
