Grand Opening for ARY Place apartments |
|
CalHFA Executive Director Tiena Johnson Hall spoke alongside a list of dignitaries that included Sacramento Mayor Darrell Steinberg, among others, at today’s Grand Opening for ARY Place, a 159-unit affordable housing development in Sacramento’s Midtown neighborhood.
Approved for a loan through CalHFA’s Mixed-Income Program (MIP) in 2020, ARY Place was constructed in collaboration with CFY Development, the Capitol Area Development Authority and various private partners.
MIP launched in 2019 following the passage of the Building Homes and Jobs Act, and in that time has provided financing to help construct 7.654 units of affordable housing at a mix of income levels.
Thank you for supporting CalHFA and our mission to invest in diverse communities with financing programs that help more Californians have a place to call home.
