Appreciation Loan Program Update

The 2023-24 State Budget agreement leaves unchanged the allocation to CalHFA for the CA Dream for All program in the 2022 Budget Act, with $200 million remaining available for the program. CalHFA will be working over the coming months with our partners in state government and various stakeholders to evaluate any necessary calibrations to the program.

CalHFA will send out regular updates as they become available to ensure stakeholders remain informed.
