Change in Extension Fees on CalHFA’s First Mortgage Loan Products
Effective for all loans extended on or after May 15, 2023, CalHFA has made changes to its extension policy. This program bulletin supersedes Program Bulletin 2022-08.
Extensions issued prior to the effective date of this program bulletin will not be affected.
Extension fees are subject to change. For the most recent policies and procedures, please see CalHFA’s Rates & Reservation page.
