CalHFA Compliance Review Turn Times |

CalHFA reminds lenders that normal turn times for Compliance Review files are 3-5 business days. CalHFA has seen an increase in Dream For All submissions and normal turn times may be longer than that temporarily. All files are reviewed in the order a completed file is received, and CalHFA will not review files out of order or accommodate rush requests. Please help CalHFA maintain quicker turn times and submit your package when all required documents are complete and all terms are final. Change requests after a commitment is issued will be an additional 1-2 business days. Please account for the CalHFA turn times in your estimated closing dates.
