Counseling appointment delays with eHome America homebuyer education |

Due to the high volume of requests for homebuyer education through eHome America, there have been delays in scheduling one-on-one counseling appointments. eHome has added additional providers and is working with the counseling agencies to prioritize appointments based on closing dates.
If your client is in contract and needs an expedited counseling appointment, please have the borrower contact support@ehomeamerica.org and request a provider that can accommodate their counseling session sooner. If your client is not in contract, please use the counseling agency that they were originally assigned to schedule a session at the next available date so we can service the priority borrowers.
