California Dream For All Shared Appreciation Loan Program

We are pleased to announce that California Dream For All program information is now posted on our website at www.calhfa.ca.gov/dream. There you’ll find program details, links to homebuyer education and other important information about Shared Appreciation loans.

If you think you’re ready to apply for a loan, please take a look at our Approved Lender list and select one that’s ready to accept applications for Dream For All. More lenders will be adding the program to their systems in the coming weeks, so please be patient.
