ADU Grant Program Pipeline Review |

CalHFA requests all the lenders and participants in the ADU Grant Program to thoroughly review their ADU Grant pipeline and cancel any outstanding reservations in which the applicant does not wish to continue. CalHFA also requires any duplicate reservations be cancelled by February 21, 2023. Duplicate reservations are when an applicant has a reservation that has not funded with multiple lenders or participants. CalHFA will cancel any duplicate reservations remaining in the system after February 21, 2023. This will give CalHFA an accurate pipeline count that we can use for reporting purposes and to re-evaluate the availability of funds.
Please cancel ADU Grant reservations by emailing purchaseescalations@calhfa.ca.gov and a CalHFA staff member will assist you.
