The CalHFA website will be unavailable on Friday, February 10 starting at 7 pm PST

Please be advised that there will be scheduled downtime across our website and networks on Friday, February 10 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm PST. CalHFA will be performing maintenance and security updates.

You may still reserve loans through MAS, but recommend to bookmark the MAS URL before the scheduled downtime: https://mortgageaccess.calhfa.ca.gov/UserAccount/Home
