ALERT 9/28 Golden Gate Bridge repaving UPDATE
Golden Gate Bridge District sent this bulletin at 09/28/2023 12:01 PM PDTToll Plaza repaving continues through Friday, October 13, 2023. Some vehicle travel lanes at the Golden Gate Bridge toll plaza will be closed for roadway work and repaving. Traffic on the Bridge will remain open in both directions, but drivers should expect delays while the lane closures are in effect.
Toll plaza lane closures are scheduled for the following dates and times:
- Thursday, September 28: northbound lane closures from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- Friday, September 29: southbound lane and Merchant Rd. off-ramp closure from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. (*includes transit schedule changes)
- Friday, October 13: northbound lane and Lincoln Blvd (last SF exit) on and off-ramps closure from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. (*includes transit schedule changes)
