La Crescenta Avenue Enhancements Begin
The La Crescenta Avenue Rehabilitation Project kicks off this month, enhancing roadway conditions, traffic safety, and pedestrian access. A travel lane in each direction will be removed to create a center two-way left-turn lane and add bicycle infrastructure.
Upgrades include ADA-compliant curb ramps, improved sidewalks, realigned intersections, a new signalized pedestrian crossing, and creative crosswalks for better visibility. The project also features roadway resurfacing, sewer main upgrades, new street trees, bio-retention facilities, and traffic signal improvements.
Completion is expected by December 2025!
