Massis Kabob, best known for its authentic Mediterranean cuisine, will open its first standalone restaurant in Glendale this fall. Glendale has long been the preferred location for businesses to test their innovations and expand their businesses. In 1976 the Baghdassarian family opened its first-ever Massis Kabob inside the Glendale Galleria. Today they have over six mall-based locations in the greater Los Angeles area. Owners Gevik and Peter Baghdassarian have decided to take their business to the next level and open a standalone restaurant in Glendale, where it all began.
“The Glendale community has been welcoming and supportive of our family for nearly five decades, so it’s only fitting that we debut our first standalone restaurant in the city that helped make Massis Kabob what it is today,” says Gevik Baghdassarian.

"The Glendale Alteria" by Laurie Shapiro has created all-encompassing psychedelic environments inspired by the natural world. The exhibit is located on the third floor of the Glendale Galleria.
"Lumia Learning" by Matthew Pagoaga is an interactive exhibit with changing colors and patterns that engage viewers using kinetic sensors and over 4,000 LEDs. The exhibit is located on the second floor of the Glendale Galleria for a limited time.
