The Economic Development team attended the conference with the goal of elevating Glendale’s profile, amenities and advantages for retailers, developers and investors, and to discover market insights on emerging retail trends and best practices. Some common key takeaways include:

- Consumers continue to shop despite inflation and supply chain disruption
- Restaurant Insight: the pandemic has accelerated a need for expanding drive-thru capacity into dual lanes and a need for digital menu boards
