Water Conservation Note
Are your sprinklers aligned? Once every few months, be sure to check where your sprinklers are spraying water and adjust the time of watering to before 10 am or after 4 pm to avoid wind. Some overspray onto sidewalks and pavement is expected, but if it's just as saturated as your lawn, then it's probably time to realign or change them! If you do change your sprinklers, then it would be a great time to check socalwatersmart.com for rebates on water-efficient sprinklers.

Eat Safe Food After a Power Outage
Knowing what to do before, during, and after an emergency or disaster makes you ready and resilient. Preserving food during an earthquake or power outage saves food waste and money. Minimizing the amount of time you open the refrigerator or freezer can maximize food freshness. Fullerton Fire Department wants you to stay safe and be prepared.
