This Weekend: BART Bus Bridge Planned
BART’s safety initiative to remove potentially hazardous trees in advance of severe winter storms is underway. To provide workers with enough room to safely do the work, free buses will replace trains between Union City and Fremont stations on three non-consecutive weekends: August 26-27, September 9-10, and September 23-24.
During these work weekends, train service between the Union City and Fremont BART Stations will be replaced by a free bus shuttle, which could result in delays of up to 30 minutes for riders.
