EL SEGUNDO, Calif. — (Oct. 14, 2025) — KPMG will be relocating its Los Angeles office to two new locations in Summer 2026: the Plaza at Continental Park in El Segundo and US Bank Tower in downtown Los Angeles.

“We welcome global leader KPMG to El Segundo, a city with a longstanding reputation as a hub for innovation, industry, and world-class companies. KPMG’s decision to join our community reflects everything we value about El Segundo—growth, energy, and a thriving business environment,” said El Segundo Mayor Chris Pimentel.

The move is being undertaken to better accommodate KPMG’s area employees. The lease in El Segundo covers nearly 50,000 square feet of the Plaza.

“I am excited that KPMG selected The Plaza and Continental Park. They will join an impressive roster of Fortune 500 companies, five professional sports teams and tech startups that see El Segundo as a great place to do business. KPMG’s staff will also enjoy the most highly sought after amenities along the Rosecrans Corridor – from fine dining to health clubs and a state-of-the-art movie theatre, to name a few,” said Richard Lundquist, CEO of Continental Development Corporation.

KPMG LLP provides audit, tax and advisory services as the U.S. member firm of the KPMG global organization, which operates in 142 countries. KPMG's Los Angeles office has over 1,500 employees.
