Housing Element Implementation Planning Commission Meeting

On March 28, 2024, the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing regarding the implementation of Housing Element Program 6 (Provision of Adequate Sites) and Program 9 (El Segundo Municipal Code Amendments). The attached public hearing notice contains a detailed description of the proposed rezoning and code amendments that aim to facilitate the construction of housing in the City.
