Kickoff Concert Tonight — Friday, August 25^th

New augmented reality installations, new venues and plenty of new music!  

Come check out the new augmented reality (AR) art map being released for the 2023 El Segundo Art Walk this Saturday, August 26^th. Give it a try as technology breathes new life into public art all over the city - this visual experience must be seen in person!

Tonight, Friday, August 25^th, ESAW hosts a free kickoff concert from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. with performances from JT Bloke and Righteous & The Soul at the Eucalyptus and Grand stage. 

ESAW is an independently organized, self-guided event that brings together more than 80+ artists in over 45+ venues and thousands of attendees. Please visit the El Segundo Art Walk website for the latest news and information. 

On Saturday, August 26^th, El Segundo bands Hoist the Colors, Feed The Kitty, and The Hollow Legs will also hit the stage.

2023 Highlights: 

• ESAW, the City of El Segundo, and Snap Inc. brought together artists and technologists to create new augmented reality (AR) murals and an interactive art map to unify public art in El Segundo. The City of El Segundo contributed $30,000 to this project through its Cultural Development Fund, which provides residential and business community members with public spaces, structures, and experiences that enhance the city's character through the inclusion of art.
• ESAW Magazine has gone digital this year and highlights emerging artists, a famous aerospace artist of the past, a local rock 'n' roll clothing company, and an augmented reality art map.
