Spring Break Camp Registration Opens March 1

Spring Break Tiny Tot Camp & Camp Cowabunga

Spring is just around the corner and with that comes the fun and excitement of SPRING BREAK! This year, the El Segundo Community Services Department is happy to host a Spring Break Camp, from April 4-8, during the El Segundo Unified School District spring break.

Two spring break camp sessions will be offered, a Tiny Tot camp for ages 3-5, and Camp Cowabunga for ages 6-11. Both camps will be held at Recreation Park and will include crafts, science experiments and outdoor games and activities. More information on the camps can be found at elsegundorecparks.org.

Cost and Registration

• Tiny Tot Camp - Spring Session
  • Resident with Valid Rec ID Card - $51
  • Non-Resident - $66
• Camp Cowabunga - Spring Session
• Resident with Valid Rec ID Card - $100
• Non-Resident - $125

El Segundo residents can register for these camps beginning Tuesday, March 1st, by visiting esrec.org and clicking on the “Camps” tab. Additionally, in-person registration is available at the Clubhouse or Checkout Building in Recreation Park.

Non-resident registration opens on Tuesday, March 8th.

El Segundo residents with a valid Rec ID receive a discount on all recreation activities, as well as facility and outdoor rentals. Rec IDs can be purchased or renewed at the Checkout Building, Clubhouse, Joslyn Center and Aquatics Center. If you are planning to purchase or renew your Rec ID, please bring 2 forms of identification that show an El Segundo residency (for example, a driver’s license and utility bill.)
