PUBLIC COMMUNICATION *:
The Public Communication portion of the meeting is limited to thirty minutes and based on the number of speakers, the five minutes allowed per speaker may be reduced to allow all speakers the opportunity to provide comments. 

During Public Communication members of the public may provide comments to Council in the lobby, Council Chamber or via Zoom.
For in person comments, please fill out a speaker card located in the Chamber Lobby. For Zoom comments, notify meeting host by raising your virtual hand and you will be invited to speak.

WRITTEN COMMUNICATION *:
For written communication, submit your email to ALLELECTEDOFFICIALS@elsegundo.org by 3 PM August 17th to be uploaded to the City's website. Emails received after 3 PM will be posted the next day.
