El Dorado County is completing the Design Standards for the Community Regions along the Highway 50 corridor, so now it's time to engage residents and business owners in our Rural Centers in the process, starting with the Georgetown Divide. Please note that Design Standards are only applied to new or renovating commercial and multi-family buildings, not single-family homes. Residents and business owners from all communities on the Divide are welcome and encouraged to attend the kickoff.
