On Monday, July 28, 2025, the County will be holding a second community workshop to receive additional community feedback on the draft Shingle Springs Community Design Standards. Click here for meeting details and how to participate. www.eldoradocounty.ca.gov/files/assets/county/v/1/documents/land-use/long-range-planning/ss-design-standards-workshop-flyer-072825_1.pdf This second workshop will consist of a brief background/overview of the project, a general discussion of public comments received to date, and small group ("breakout") discussions for additional feedback on specific topics of interest to the community. Important note: Due to the limited number of comments received to date, there will be an additional 30-day public review period for the draft standards before this item is scheduled for Planning Commission and Board hearings for possible adoption. Details of the expanded public review period and next steps for community involvement will be shared at the workshop.
