The HHW collection event is by appointment only. Please call 530-621-5300, or email hhw@edcgov.us for available appointment times.
• The HHW is open from 9am to 12pm by appointment only on Saturday, 3/22/2025.
• There is a 15 gallon or 125 pound limit per household.
• The HHW facility is for EDC residents only. Businesses waste will not be accepted.
• Be safe with your waste: Do not mix materials. Keep all waste in their original containers with lids on tight. If a container is leaking, place it in a study plastic bag or bucket and label it. Transport waste in the rear of your truck or in the trunk of your car.

ONE (1) VACANCY EXISTS ON THE KELSEY CEMETERY DISTRICT BOARD OF TRUSTEES. PURSUANT TO HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE SESION 9022, ALL MEMBERS MUST BE VOTERS WITHIN THE IN THE KELSEY CEMETERY DISTRICT (SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT 4).
Description: The Kelsey Cemetery is governed and managed by an Advisory Committee with three or five trustees appointed by the Board of Supervisors as stated in Chapter 7 of the Health and Safety Code 9020. The Kelsey Cemetery District operates with limited public funds and activity.
Term for this Vacancy: 4-year term to begin April 2025.
