The boundaries of the Placerville NW FireWise Community have recently been expanded. The new boundary now extends west of Missouri Flat Road to the end of Echo Lane on the north side of El Dorado Road. This expansion includes nearly 300 additional homes, bringing them into the FireWise Community. As a result, these homeowners are now eligible to apply for reduced fire insurance rates through their insurance companies.

Certificate can be downloaded here: www.eldoradocounty.ca.gov/files/assets/county/v/1/documents/government/bos/district-iv/newsletter/placerville-northwest-2024-certificate.pdf
