The Board gave direction on October 8, 2024 to update the Mobile Home Residency Law and Rent Stabilization white paper, final version is here https://eldorado.legistar.com/View.ashx?M=F&ID=13346792&GUID=FC14A825-CC41-4161-ABB9-5FB896313811

Later that same day the Board appointed Supervisors Laine and Turnboo to a Mobile Home Ad Hoc Committee to work with local stakeholders and staff regarding mobile home park issues and concerns.
