The El Dorado County Planning Commission will receive an Informational Presentation for both the Village of Marble Valley Specific Plan and Lime Rock Village Specific Plan proposals on August 8, 2024, during their regularly scheduled bi-monthly meeting in the Planning Commission Chambers at 2850 Fairlane Court, Placerville, CA 95667. This will be the second item on the agenda for the 8/8 PC meeting, which begins at 8:30 am.

The El Dorado County Planning and Building Department-Planning Division, as the Lead Agency, prepared a Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) for the Town and Country Village El Dorado Project.
The DEIR is available for public and agency review for a 45-day period beginning July 26, 2024, and ending on September 9, 2024.
El Dorado County will hold a meeting to receive comments regarding the content of the DEIR and answer general questions regarding the environmental process. The meeting will be held in-person with a remote option via Zoom on Thursday, August 22, 2024, from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.

(7) SEVEN VACANCIES EXIST ON THE STRATEGIC ECONOMIC ENHANCEMENT DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE (SEED). Description: The Strategic Economic Enhancement Development Committee is advisory to the Board of Supervisors to provide a Countywide strategic view of economic development, based upon defined Board priorities and approved work plans, and identify ways to promote economic activity and opportunities while working on the new economic development strategic plan. Two-year term for this Vacancy.
