El Dorado Community Foundation is providing relief funds for El Dorado County Residents who have been ORDERED to evacuate from the Mosquito Fire. These funds are meant to help with immediate relief needs due to evacuation orders for EDC community members who live in Georgetown & Volcanoville and have been ORDERED to evacuate and are directly impacted by the fire. Please apply to this fund ONLY if you are in dire need of assistance and have been ordered to evacuate.

Check the Evacuation Map to determine if you are under mandatory evacuation order 

Click here to complete the application for relief funds in the amount of $300….only if you are a primary resident of El Dorado County who has been ordered to evacuate.

For the current information on the Mosquito Fire, the Sheriff's Office of Emergency Services has created a webpage and an interactive map with information about evacuations, traffic control points, and human and animal shelter locations and hours, and more. Please see the Legend in the upper right hand corner and click on the map’s symbols for more information.

This information changes often, so check back to make sure you have the most current information.
