Community meeting July 6, 2022, 1:30 at the Veterans Memorial Building, 130 Placerville Drive.

Purpose: Stakeholder discussion regarding Criteria for Military Honoraria – Bronze Plaques at the El Dorado County Veterans Monument

Goals of the meeting:
•The first goal of the meeting is to include all stakeholders and to either re-affirm the criteria as it currently stands, or consider asking the Board of Supervisors to adopt a revised set of criteria.
•The second goal of the meeting will be to construct a new pathway to hear appeals should that need occur.
•Information collected at the meeting will be brought back to the El Dorado County Board of Supervisors for their consideration.

We want to pass along a reminder per section 8.08.050 of the El Dorado County Ordinance Code, ALL fireworks are restricted in El Dorado County.

Here are options for legal firework displays in El Dorado County:

El Dorado Hills Town Center Fireworks and Freedom Concert Saturday July 2nd, 6:00pm - 11:00pm, Fireworks at 9:30pm
