El Dorado County Chief Administrative Officer is recommending Item 27. 20-0914 be continued to 2/23/2021 for further discussion due to the Metropolitan Transportation Commission letter below. County staff believes it is appropriate to move forward with the agreement and the project, but due to the overall cost of the project it is essential the Board be fully aware of how the County would address funding local programs and projects if reimbursement is delayed an extended period of time.
