Vineyards Project now 10:30 am
HEARING Item 19-1768: Due to unforeseen circumstances, the hearing for the Vineyards project has been moved to 10:30 am on February 25, 2020. We apologize for any inconvenience. The time change was made because Supervisor Parlin was asked to attend a Water Agency conference in Washington, D.C. and must catch an evening flight on February 25. Moving the Vineyards hearing to 10:30 am allows her time to attend the hearing and make the flight. The Board of Supervisors will consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission on the Vineyards at El Dorado Hills project to request a Rezone (Z16-0002), a Planned Development (PD16-0001), a Phased Tentative Subdivision Map (TM16-1528), and a Design Waiver on property identified by Assessor’s Parcel Number 126-100-024, consisting of 114.03 acres, in the Rural Region in the El Dorado Hills area off Malcolm Dixon Road.
