Effective Date: Monday, April 7, 2025
Starting on Monday April 7, 2025, the Division of the State Architect (DSA) will adopt Microsoft Power Pages (PP) as the new platform for completing form DSA 103: List of Required Structural Tests and Inspections. The current platform, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), will be discontinued on Friday April 4, 2025. The PP has similar online and PDF creation functionality to AEM. The form DSA 103 can be accessed on DSA’s Forms webpage.
Key Transition Details:

Platform Change: PP will be available on 8:00 a.m. Monday, April 7, 2025.

AEM Discontinuation: AEM will no longer be available starting Friday, April 4, 2025.

Data Transfer: Data from the 2019 and 2022 code-based AEM forms for the past 12 months prior to Friday April 4, 2025, will be transferred to PP, provided users have saved their AEM information online.

Retirement of 2016 Code-Based Form: The 2016 code-based form DSA 103 will be retired and no longer supported.
User Actions Required:

Save Date by close of business Thursday April 3 on AEM: Ensure all necessary data from AEM forms is saved online and keep a local copy before the discontinuation date.

Register account on or after Monday April 7 on PP: The past 12 months submitted data will be accessible in PP DSA 103 history page once the user is registered with the same email address on record for AEM. Refer to the DSA Forms webpage for the appropriate link to access the applicable form DSA 103. Further instructions will be provided in the PP DSA 103 User Guide that will be available on Monday April 7.
