The CFRP would like to introduce newly hired Tabatha Shannon; she is filling the feed inspector position in the Fresno area. Tabatha graduated from California State University, Fresno, with a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science – Production Management, with an emphasis in Meat Science Technology. As a fifth-generation cattle rancher in the foothills of the Sequoia National Forest, she developed a deep appreciation for agriculture and the vital role it plays in producing safe, high-quality food. She has prior industry experience in food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining the CFRP team, Tabatha worked with CDFA as a Livestock Brand Inspector. |
