Notice of Planning Commission Hearing for Townhome Development Proposal at 10268 Bandley Drive
 The Planning Commission will consider permits to allow the construction of a 27-unit townhome development located at 10268 Bandley Drive (APN: 326-33-097), on May 12, 2026, at 6:45 p.m. in the Cupertino Community Hall, 10350 Torre Avenue and via a teleconference. The proposal includes subdivision of the existing property, removal and replacement of trees on site, and construction of the units and site improvements. The project utilizes Senate Bill 330 and provisions of State Density Bonus law. The project is expected to be heard before the City Council on Tuesday, June 2, 2026.
