Community Listening Session
Wednesday, February 25, 2 to 3:30 p.m.
Avenidas and the City of Cupertino have partnered to support older adults and their caregivers as they navigate the milestones and challenges of aging. Together, we are developing programs and services that are informed by—and centered on—the needs of the Cupertino community. This session will provide an opportunity to share your perspectives on the programs and services that would be most helpful to you and your family as you age in Cupertino.
We invite you to complete this brief survey to help guide both our presentation at the February 25 listening session and our ongoing work at the Cupertino Senior Center throughout 2026. If you are unable to attend the listening session, this survey is an important way to ensure your voice is heard. Avenidas and the City of Cupertino are excited to continue expanding support for older adults and their families, and we sincerely appreciate your time and input.
