2025 Artist Awards
Every year, the Cupertino Arts and Culture Commission chooses a Distinguished Artist, Emerging Artist, and Young Artist to recognize. These awards are presented to deserving artists in recognition of local talent in visual, verbal, and performing arts while preserving and advancing the arts for the benefit of the citizens of Cupertino. Winners will receive public recognition and a cash award.
Application deadline is Wednesday, October 1 at 4:30 p.m.

Social Saturday’s
9:30 to 11 a.m. Quinlan Community Center - Preschool Room
Get creative this fall at Social Saturdays! You and your child will have so much fun in our preschool classroom, crafting a special project to take home, enjoying snacks like cookies and milk, and socializing with other parents and preschoolers.

Teen Movie Night
Friday, September 26 7 to 8:30 p.m. (Doors open at 6:30 p.m.) Quinlan Community Center
Free snacks. Big screen. Lilo & Stitch (2025). Join the Youth Activity Board for an island-inspired Teen Movie Night on the big screen.
The event is free—just RSVP so we can stock up on snacks.

Mooncakes and Mah Jongg
Friday, September 26 6 to 8:30 p.m. Cupertino Senior Center
Bring the whole family to celebrate the Mid-Autumn season with some mooncake and an evening of mah jongg. Entertainment will be available during the event for kids who do not wish to play.

August in Review
In August, Cupertino came together for outdoor movies, summer concerts, and the Cupertino Senior Center’s annual Open House. The month also marked the end of another memorable summer of camps, supported by our dedicated Leaders in Training.
