Age Well, Drive Smart
Wednesday, November 6, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The CHP presents topics such as myths about older drivers, compensating for age-related changes, safe driving, and more. Receive a certificate upon completion which some insurance companies accept for discounts. Members free, senior guests pay $5 visitor pass.

In this hands-on workshop, you will get to explore 3D forms. You will have options on what you would like to make from small magnets, a jewelry tray, an ornament on something your imagination thinks of. This workshop is a fun and relaxing project for any level of art skill.

Steinbeck House and Center
Thursday, February 6, 2025 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Visit the historic Steinbeck House, birthplace and boyhood home to Nobel prize winning author John Steinbeck, a restored Queen Anne style Victorian built in 1897 with original decorations, furnishings, family pictures and memorabilia. Enjoy a gourmet lunch at the literary landmark house followed with an afternoon at the National Steinbeck Center and a private docent tour exploring Steinbeck’s world.
