The Lifetime Achievement Award is the most prestigious honor presented at the CREST Awards, given to those who have volunteered for 10-plus years and gone beyond the scope of everyday civic responsibilities. Prior winners include Cupertino's Sister Cities programs leaders, Block Leaders and Cupertino Citizen Corps members, Cupertino Rotary members, and other outstanding long-term volunteers.
Do you know someone who deserves to be recognized for their contributions? If so, nominate them for a Lifetime Achievement Award. If they win, they will be recognized with a video and trophy. Nominate at cupertino.gov/crest.
