FREE EV Chargers at Multifamily Housing
The program will install Level 1 or 2 chargers at multifamily housing, not-for-profit organizations and small businesses at no cost for sites in a priority community.*. Additional fees and an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) plan are covered.

Welcome Jasmin Lu!
Jasmin joins us from the City of Morgan Hill where she spearheaded clean energy, sustainability, and public outreach initiatives. Notably, she led Climate Action Plan programs that boosted community trust, engagement, and pollution reduction. Jasmin holds a bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies with a focus on Environmental Restoration from San Jose State University, where she began her environmental career as an Outreach Specialist with SJSU Green Campus and a Research Assistant at SJSU’s Wildfire Interdisciplinary Research Center. She also gained experience in waste characterization with Nothing Wasted Consulting.
She is eager to serve the community, create a safer and healthier environment, and advance sustainability initiatives in the City of Cupertino as the Environmental Programs Assistant.
