Cupertino Housing Element
Revised Third Draft Now Available for Public Comment
Submit your feedback and help shape the future of housing in Cupertino. The City of Cupertino submitted a Third Draft of the 2023-2031 Draft Housing Element, in February 2024, to address comments received on the Revised Second Draft from the State of California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) in December 2023.
In an effort to address informal comments from HCD, the City of Cupertino has revised the February 2024 version of the City’s 2023-2031 Draft Housing Element. The revised Third Draft Housing Element is now available for review on the City’s website at engagecupertino.org/public-documents. HCD’s 45-day review period ends on April 12, 2024.
Comments on the revised Third Draft Housing Element can be submitted via email: housing@cupertino.gov or by mailing or delivering handwritten comments in person to the Department of Community Development, Attention: Luke Connolly, Assistant Director of Community Development, 10300 Torre Ave, Cupertino, CA 95014.
