Caregiver Support Group
Tuesday, October 17, 1 to 2:30 p.m.
Caregiving is tough, and you do not have to do it alone. Join friends and family caregivers to learn about resources, share experiences, and enjoy a social outlet. Led by the Caregiver Network of Sourcewise, a Santa Clara County resource agency for seniors, the group is for caregivers of adults 60 and older or someone of any age with a dementia-type disease (Huntington’s, early onset Alzheimer’s traumatic brain injury, etc.).

Do you ever wonder what all that information on the nutrition facts label means and how you can use it to make healthy choices? Learn how to read and understand the nutrition facts label. This class also includes practice reading nutrition lables.

50+ Sandlot Geezers vs. Staff Fall Softball Game
Thursday, October 5, 10 a.m. Softball Field in Memorial Park
Come watch and cheer on your 50+ Sandlot Geezers as they take on Parks and Recreation Staff at the softball field in Memorial Park. Game will begin at 10 a.m. Attendees may watch from the softball field area behind the dugout.

Intergenerational Celebration
Friday, October 20, 3 to 5 p.m.
Join us for this intergenerational celebration at the Cupertino Senior Center and enjoy youth performances, yoga demonstrations, craft activities, cookie decorating, and more! Light dinner will be served, and birthday cake for dessert. This event is free and open to all.

Get in the spirit of All Hallows' Eve with a Halloween themed performance by the students of the Bravo Conservatory of Music. Bravo Conservatory of Music looks to spread the joy of music with others in their community. Concert is open to all to enjoy!

Join the Bingo Committee and help Friday afternoons. Support is needed in general social operations such as selling cards, passing out snacks, and more.

Class Instructors
Become a volunteer instructor to share your skill set and engage others of similar interest.
We are seeking instructors for Tai chi, Qi Gong, US History, Mandarin, Japanese, meditation, bridge, chess, PC, and more.

Volunteers are needed to support this annual fundraising event. Senior Center membership is required to volunteer.

 Contemporary Jewish Museum and Haas-Lilienthal House
Friday, January 19 8:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Explore the rich history of the Jewish community in San Francisco at the Haas-Lilienthal House and the Contemporary Jewish Museum. This grand mansion conveys the role of Jewish immigrants in the development of the American West. Visit the de Young Museum to explore the museum's extensive permanent collection and the exciting new exhibit "Fashioning San Francisco: A Century of Style." Conclude your day at the remarkable Conservatory of Flowers in Golden Gate Park to experience rare and exotic blooms from a variety of habitats - plants from misty cloud forests to aquatic flowers.
