Cupertino Housing Element Update: Community Open House on Rezoning
Cupertino’s 6th Cycle Housing Element update is underway! As part of the Housing Element update, the City is required to revise the zoning and development capacity of certain properties to plan for the level of development required to meet the Regional Housing Needs Allocation (RHNA).
We are holding an in-person and virtual open house to share with the community where new housing will be likely to occur. We invite you to join us and provide your feedback.
The two open houses will cover the same content, but one will be held in-person and one will be online. Time and location information is below. No RSVP required.
