Instructions for Meeting Participation
This is an in-person meeting. Virtual attendance and participation are offered as a courtesy. Technical difficulties shall not require meeting postponement.
How to Submit Written Public Comment Prior to the Meeting
Find the active eComment link to the right of the agenda date, then choose the agenda item and add your comment. Watch a video tutorial on How to Make an eComment.
Email comments to econdev@culvercity.org or mail comments to Economic Development Subcommittee c/o City Clerk’s Office, 9770 Culver Blvd, Culver City, CA 90232, specifically identifying the meeting date.
Comments must be received at least 4 hours in advance of the meeting. Written comments WILL NOT be read aloud during the meeting.
How to Attend the Meeting
Attend In-Person: Patio Meeting Room, City Hall, 3rd Floor, 9770 Culver Blvd, Culver City
Join Online via Webex: Once the meeting has started, find the meeting link under "Attend a Meeting Remotely" on the City's website. Registration is not required.
How to Provide Verbal Public Comment In-Person or Online
Register online to speak at the meeting. Find the meeting link under "Request to Speak at a Meeting" on the City's website. A QR code will be provided on site for in-person attendees. Complete the online form indicating how you will attend (in-person or virtually) and on which agenda item(s) you wish to comment. To be considered, requests to speak must be received before the agenda item is called. At the start of public comment for an agenda item, staff will read aloud the names of those who requested to speak.
At the discretion of the presiding officer, speakers may be called in chronological order of signup. Also at the discretion of the presiding officer, each comment may be up to three minutes in length, unless otherwise established, and the total public comment period may be limited to an aggregate duration.
Contact the City Clerk's Office at (310) 253-5851 during business hours in advance of the meeting for help signing up to speak or by speaking to staff upon arrival to the meeting room.
