Customer Experience Survey!

The Culver City Transportation Department would like the opinion of individuals in the community. Your feedback will provide information and data to understand the Customer Experience on Culver CityBus.

In November 2024, Culver CityBus launched a Transit Ambassador Pilot Program. The program is designed to provide a visible and welcoming presence for customers bolstering public safety through deploying Ambassadors on buses, bus stops, and transit centers. Ambassadors provide presence and resources to riders and promote a sense of safety for both passengers and operators.

As part of the evaluation of the program, the Transportation Department is periodically measuring the perception of safety for the community throughout the Pilot. We encourage riders, whether daily commuters or occasional trippers, to complete the survey.

Responses are confidential.
