Happening Tonight: Get Involved with the Fox Hills and Hayden Tract Specific Plans!
Culver City is kicking off two new neighborhood plans for the Fox Hills and Hayden Tract areas! These plans will guide redevelopment in the Fox Hills and Hayden Tract communities, creating more walkable, mixed-use neighborhoods with improved transit access. They will look not only at regulations for developing private property, but also needed improvements for parks, streets, sidewalks, transit, and other important amenities for the community.
Join the kickoff open house on March 18th!
Date and Time: Tuesday, March 18th, 2025 at 6 PM
Location: Veterans Memorial Building Garden Room, 4117 Overland Ave, Culver City, CA 90230, or virtually via Webex
Join the City for the first open house to learn more about the projects, speak with the project teams, ask questions, and share your experiences and priorities for housing, mobility, and amenities in the Fox Hills and Hayden Tract neighborhoods. If you can’t attend in person, the materials will be posted online and you can ask questions and leave comments on the projects’ virtual open house platforms.
