The Culver City Transportation Department would like the opinion of individuals in the community. Your feedback will provide information and data to understand the Customer Experience on Culver CityBus.

Culver CityBus will launch a Transit Ambassador Pilot Program soon. The program is designed to provide a visible and welcoming presence for customers bolstering public safety through deploying Ambassadors on buses, bus stops, and transit centers. Ambassadors will be able to provide presence and resources to riders and promote a sense of safety for both passengers and operators.
As part of the evaluation of the program, the Transportation Department will be measuring the perception of safety for the community before the program launches, and periodically throughout the Pilot. We encourage riders, whether daily commuters or occasional trippers, to complete the survey.
