The aging playground structure at El Marino Park is closed and ready for replacement. Parks, Recreation & Community Services will use this opportunity to not only replace and upgrade the existing equipment, but also add in several new sensory and accessible elements to provide a more equitable space for all to enjoy.
There are some preliminary plans and costs ready for community input. The community meeting will be held in the El Marino Park building about potential design elements for the new playground.
The project website will provide a survey soon asking for feedback if you are not able to attend the community meeting.
