The Planning Commission is pleased to invite your participation in a Public Hearing concerning the following:

WHO:

LPC West c/o Rob Kane (Applicant)

WHAT:

Request for Site Plan Review (SPR) to develop new four story, 145,751 square foot commercial office building with three levels of subterranean parking in the Commercial Downtown (CD) Zone and designated Downtown in the General Plan (Case No. P2022-0190-SPR).

WHY:

The purpose of the Public Hearing is for the Planning Commission to review and to receive public input on the proposed Site Plan Review and consider approval of the request.

CEQA:

The proposed Project is considered exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant Section 15332, Class 32 – In-Fill Development Project because the project is consistent with the General Plan policies and Zoning Code regulations; occurs within city limits on a project no more than five acres, surrounded by urban uses; does not have value as a habitat for endangered, rare, or threatened species; would not result in significant effects related to traffic, noise, air quality, or water quality, and proposes to adequately provide all required utilities and public services.

The Planning Commission Agenda and Project staff report is available for viewing at City Hall and online no later than 72 hours prior to the meeting date and time. You may submit comments BEFORE 3 PM on Wednesday, October 12, 2022, by LETTER to Culver City Current Planning Division, Attention: William Kavadas 9770 Culver Boulevard, 2nd Floor, Culver City, CA 90232, FAX at (310) 253-5721, EMAIL to william.kavadas@culvercity.org, or PHONE at (310) 253-5706. City Hall Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and closed every other Friday (Closed September 23rd and October 7th).  The project file including the plans are currently available to view by contacting the case planner.
