The Planning Commission is pleased to invite your participation in a virtual Public Hearing for the following:

WHO:

3727 Robertson LLC, Applicant

WHAT:

Proposed Site Plan Review, Density & Other Bonus Incentives, Zoning Code Map Amendment, Administrative Use Permit, and Administrative Modification to construct a new 5-story, 12 unit residential mixed-use development (Case No’s: P2019-0291-SPR, -DOBI, -ZCA, -AUP, -AM).

Zoning: Industrial General (IG)         General Plan: General Corridor

WHEN:

Wednesday, December 9, 2020, at 7 PM

CEQA:

Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, initial review of the project by staff established there are no potentially significant adverse impact upon the environment, and the project has been determined to be Categorically Exempt pursuant to CEQA Section 15332, Class 32 – In-Fill Development, because the proposed project is consistent with the General Plan and proposed Zoning; the project is on a 0.14 acre site surrounded by urban uses; the site has no value as a habitat for endangered, rare, or threatened species; the project will not have significant traffic, noise, air quality, or water quality impacts; and the project can be served by utilities and public services.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MEETING PARTICIPATION:

To combat the spread of COVID-19, the City proclaimed a local emergency on March 14, 2020 and issued subsequent public orders beginning March 16, 2020.  In accordance with such orders, City Hall has been closed to the public and in-person meetings have been discontinued until further notice.

How to Attend the Meeting Remotely: All attendees must Register to Attend on Webex, after which you will receive an email with directions and a link to join the meeting, once it has begun. Watch a video tutorial on how to register on Webex.

NEW: For those who wish to speak during the meeting: Please join the Webex meeting and use the Q&A function to indicate the agenda item for which you wish to make a comment. When the City staff announce it is the time to take public comment, you will "raise your hand" and, when appropriate, you will be prompted to make your comment.
