During this pandemic, every registered voter in Los Angeles County will receive a Vote by Mail ballot -- to ensure you have safe voting options. Remember, you don’t need to wait until November to return your ballot: Vote early and vote safely.
Make sure to check your mailbox. You may have already received your ballot.
Los Angeles County is investing considerable resources to ensure that voters can exercise their right to vote in person safely during COVID-19. Many vote centers open as early as October 24.
HOW WILL YOU BE VOTING?
If you are registered to vote, you will automatically receive a mail-in ballot. If you are not registered, click here to become a voter.
You must register by October 19 to receive a vote by mail ballot.
Ways to Return Your Ballot:
Mail your ballot via USPS from a nearby mailbox before or on Election Day. Remember, no postage is necessary!
Return it to any secure Vote by Mail drop box location.
